Pocket doors have unique hardware requirements. When they are fully open, they are out of sight and fully retracted into their pocket. To get them out of their pocket a finger pull of some sort is needed on the edge of the door. In this episode a solid brass ring pull is installed on a pocket door using chisels and a drill.

The main tools used in this episode are hammer and chisel, backsaw, drill and bits, clamps, and a razor knife. A "trenching" technique for defining the outline of a notch (or mortise) is demonstrated. The video is approximately 15 minutes long.
